Roles To be Performed:
1. Marketing of Data Recovery Softwares and Services
1.1 Implementation of the business plan projected for Data recovery services at the regional level
and suggesting inputs on the business plan aspects pertaining to specific branch wise
towards achieving organizational objectives.
1.2 He is responsible for executing the DRS plans in each location through a team.
1.3 Devising and approach model for improving customer reach and addressing all possible
prospects in the customer target segment as per business plan.
1.4 Analyzing enquiry sources and suggesting recommendations on the preferred
advertisement medium at the regional level as well as branch level.
1.5 Effectively and efficiently manage existing strategic relationships and evolve new strategic
relationships leading DRS teams at specific locations close to attaining the company
objectives.
1.6 Identifying and addressing techno commercial improvement areas critical to revenue
objectives.
1.7 Responsible for budgeting of DRS marketing for the designated and discuss with
Management for approval.
1.8 Initiate and sustain consistently damage control measures and grievance handling.
Create and execute mechanism for measuring customer satisfaction critical for service
growth.
2. Business Development of Software and Services
2.1 Responsible for achieving the agreed target business at the Regional and branch level by
leading all DRS locations.
2.2 Sales Support to all BDMs in the country including customer visits and creation of
specialized sales processes catering to specific locations in accordance with the
prevailing customer buying trend.
2.3 Monitoring customer funnel development, prospect identification, client evaluation,
solution offering and sale closure location wise and implementing alternative plans and
control measure in case of deviation in objectives would constitute his key activities.
2.4 He will also represent Stellar for all Strategic tie-ups with corporate, OEMs and support
centres.
Requirements:
• Graduates preferably B.E. / B.Tech
• Minimum 7-9 years experience in Software Sales and out of the total experience min 2 years should be in Supervisory Role.
• Excellent Persuasive & communication Skills with IT Fluency.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
• Business Goal Oriented, ability to achieve business targets consistently.
• Person should have past or current experience in selling either Software Products
• Person must have dealt with CTO, CIO and CISOs in the Corporate industry What do we offer?
