Job Description/Desired Profile:
Summary
Provides a range of services in the areas of Training and development. These are specialists who help businesses by developing, facilitating, and supervising training programs for employees. They assess the needs of a business, implement training and development plans, and facilitate a wide variety of training programs that enhance the effectiveness of the workforce.
Duties and responsibilities
- Set up the company's L&D function for the entire workforce and aligning the same with the overall talent development framework.
- Design Standard processes, training manuals, delivery content based on the organizational objectives
- Identify, create and deliver the training content
- Spearhead projects on talent management to extend the right platforms to employees working at varied departments through coaching and mentorship programmes.
- Expand & integrate newer learning tools by incorporating technology (e-learning platforms) to train, reskill and bring measurable changes in employees.
- Create need-based & personalized programmes for various businesses and monitoring their functional, technical and behavioural training interventions.
- Responsible to develop and execute psychometric and other training tools based on the overall business needs.
- Plan & design senior leadership programmes and get trainers to deliver all in-house behavioural training.
- Works at a strategic level and partners with HODs and Executive team to identify and intervene on initiatives that foster organization learning and address corporate goals and responsibilities.
- Identifies High Potential employees and implements leadership development program in accordance with the strategic vision of the organization.
- Work with the top management & Line managers on budgeting, TNI and designing a yearlong training programme for the group focusing on both functional and behavioural areas
- Campus Interaction - Work closely with colleges like IIM, IIT, etc for building talent pipeline.
- Work closely with Head-HR for upskilling, reskilling and multiskilling of employees across cadres
- To initiate domain / functional knowledge of various functions across the organization.
- Assist Head-HR in setting up Coaching and mentoring culture in the organization.
- Launch all India retail training programme with focus on both functional and behavioural training interventions with periodic reviews
- Manage all internal & ISO training audits.
