Assisting the CEO with daily administrative and secretarial duties and actively managing the calendar viz., appointments, visits, reminders, scheduling meetings, coordinating and communicating internally and externally.

- Excellent administration and proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:
- Manage electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
- Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings. Prepares an account of the meetings and designates and follows up on assigned action items.
- Coordinates meetings, maintains confidential files and contact information to support the CEO s agenda.
- Preparing documents and reports for internal meetings within the company, and business meetings with customers.
- Assisting the CEO through proactive participation in meetings and presentations, taking minutes of meetings. Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the CEO.
- Receiving official visitors and arranging for necessary hospitality services.
- Preparation of travel itineraries for the management and overseeing travel arrangements.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the CEO.
Qualification :
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
