Experience Details

15-20 years relevant experience in Managing the entire range of Electro-Mechanical Equipments.
Experience in managing facilities for Premium Residential Complex in a leadership role will be an added advantage.
13-15 years relevant experience in managing large facilities of 35-50 acres

Responsibilities

Ensure overall maintenance and management of the site including infrastructure, common assets and services including security, housekeeping, HVAC system, lifts, building management system, gardens etc.
Interact and co-ordinate with client representatives.
Crisis management.
Identify avenues for cost control and implement the same.
Lead a team of Assistant Managers / Shift In-charge and other site personnel and allocate shifts (wherever applicable).
Co-ordinate and control vendor personnel.
Selection, induction and training of new recruits at the site.
Maintenance of site records and funds management.
Submit site reports on a weekly basis to the Core Team.
