Job Description:
Provide customer engagement on intelligence access and entitlements management through telephonic or electronic mail communication. Maintain and review current entitlements list for the Army enterprise. Provide responses to access and entitlements requests through various systems. Assist DAIIS customers with access and entitlements information or assistance when requested. Proactively engage and identify new users or missions for entitlement management systems and provide ad hoc or scheduled briefings on the current entitlements management procedures. Work with team to identify new or outdated standard operating procedures for access and entitlements management.
Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:
An enterprise access manager/validator for Army intelligence users to access ICPKI-enabled databases, communities of interest (COI), and entitlement/mission managers on mission networks including Entitlement Management Systems. Validate, create, and/or approve all account or entitlement requests. Manage entitlement requests. Engage with organizations within the enterprise to discuss entitlement management requirements and review on a regular basis. Search and discover entitlements that potentially could have a positive impact to missions. Ensure organizations and missions are properly aligned in entitlement management systems.

Qualifications:
Required Experience: 7 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years.
Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph
CompTIA Security Certification
Desired Requirements:
Desired Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired Education: Bachelors degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.Able to work independently and within a team environment
Previous experience as Trusted Agent and issuing of PKIs
Experience with verifying user attributes or accesses and resolving user requests through various IC platforms
Working knowledge of Army M3
Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI
This position requires a Top Secret/SCI security clearance, based on current background investigation (SSBI). Clearance processing will be completed by the U.S. Government. Factors considered for a U.S. Government Security Clearance include, but are not limited to:
