Sales managers have to work with large profile customers , analyze budgets, and determine ways to streamline and improve the sales process.
Achieving the sales targets and eventually generate revenue for the organization
Effective planning and budgeting.
Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.
Responsible to map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
Should look forward to generate new opportunities for the organization.
Responsible for not only selling but also maintaining and improving relationships with the client. Client relationship management is also his KRA.
Should maintain necessary data and records for future reference
Requirements:
Qualification : Minimum Graduate, MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Successful previous experience as a Manager/Head, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
