Roles and Responsibilities
Business Development, Sales and Account Management
- Preparing a sales contact plan to include cold-calling, direct marketing, and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects.
- Basic responsibility of a Business Development Manager is to call clients and receive calls professionally.
- Fixing up appointment with the client, Meet the client and show demonstrations of the product/ solution modules and achieve results.
- Study Requirements from the client, analyze the requirements with standard product and any additional efforts required.
- Prepare a unique and complete proposal and submit it to the client.
- Co-ordination of this job is very essential as a business development manager is able to find solutions for problems and present it to the client.
- Handling corporate tie-ups & Responsible for execution of Corporate Sales Activities.
- Negotiate contract terms and close incoming leads
- Interacting with client in sales closure and collections of PO
- Create and manage Client Relationships for any additional scope/ requirements
- Assist with client upgrades and renewals as companies grow and expand
- Execute the marketing plan of the Projects of the Company under guidance of the superiors
- Identifying and finalizing new properties; maintaining relationship with all Asset Partners to run properties profitably
Operations
- Manage all on-site operations working closely with building management and local vendors
- Maintain relationships with third-party suppliers, local businesses and look for opportunity to grow local knowledge of unique space within building
- Serve as an amenity to the building, clients and local area
- P&L management while approving purchase and supply orders
Team Management
- Hire and train on-site team to assist clients with day to day needs and business support
- Take responsibility for motivating, developing and guiding the team
- Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews to ensure team is provided with clear objective
Customer Service
- Oversee the delivery of a range of services and customer initiatives to ensure exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction are consistently delivered with a focus on continual improvement
- Develop strong rapport with customers by developing good business relationships, reacting to feedback and resolving customer challenges
- Manage all customer feedback to ensure continual improvement in our customers experiences
- Maintain exceptionally high standards of building solutions and demos, working in conjunction with the Operation/SRE team

Desired Candidate Profile
- Educational Qualification MBA. • Proficient in MS office.
- Open to travel
- Identifying New Clients and managing the existing End customers.
- Excellent Presentation Skills.
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins.
- Must work to develop and maintain business contacts.
- Generating sales revenue through Corporate Clients.
- Working knowledge of costing for proposals, versed with contact center requirements of various verticals, good understanding of the domain.
- Excellent People Management & leadership qualities
- Must have outside sales experience and former profit and loss reporting management experience.
- Must be able to develop and evaluate facility performance summaries
- Must have contract negotiation experience
- Superior knowledge of co-working space functionality
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, accommodating and communicating to a broad range of clientele with varied needs
- Able to think quickly and efficiently when confronted with a client request
- Motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and be a creative problem solver
