- Roles and Responsibilities
Ability to do structured problem-solving using industry proven methodologies (Lean, Six sigma, PDCA etc.),
Lead continuous improvement project with onshore and off-shore stakeholders
Work with multi-geography teams across time zones on projects spanning multiple areas and deliver tangible benefits
the candidate will be involved in need assessment, project selection, project impact and overall project management.
Candidate should have eye for detail, data crunching skills and ability to drive change with stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-10 years Exposure of driving continuous improvement projects
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Healthcare background Preferred
- Softer skills: Great communication, collaboration with stakeholders and ability to challenge status quo
- Hands on experience on using Data analysis and statistical tools (e.g. Minitab)
- Shift - NIGHT
- Willing to work from office
