Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal level company performance and administer employee workforce and assist to design all continuous improvement activities & maintain process control.
- Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards & company guidelines & control costs to achieve company budget goals
- Prepare, analyse and issue production & performance reports to achieve optimum customer satisfaction.
- Develop continuous improvement strategies to be future ready.
- Build strategic plans for all production activities for scheduled shifts.
- Ensure compliance to all schedule for machines & facilities through appropriate lean manufacturing methodology
- Establish & monitor overall plant performance for production & quality standards.
- Prepare and present planned vs actual report, rejection analysis & TPM activities.
- Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures.
- Provide leadership & motivate trainings to accomplish productivity, team-work & result orientated environment.
- Control & minimize labour overtime, premium freight & repair expenses and ensure effective preventive maintenance systems.
- Ensure co-ordination of purchasing, inventory control, production & shipping.
- Develop system & processes that track & optimize productivity and standards, metrics & performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
- Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
- Throughput, Capacity Utilization, OEE, Schedule or Production Attainment.
- On-time Delivery to Commit, Manufacturing cycle time & Time to make changeovers.
- Yield, Rejection-in-house & returns & supplier incoming quality. WIP inventory/Turns.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 12-15 Years of experience in Automotive manufacturing (Rubber Industry in value added)
- Qualification : Any Diploma or BE
- Good Communication Skill.
