Preferred Qualifications
- MBA,/B.Tech(Ceramics)/Mettalurgy/with 12- 15 years marketing experience preferably in Technical Sales, Product Marketing, Technical Sales & Application, Sales engineering, Product management.
- Very strong written and oral communication skills, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong technical experience across solutions and industry vertices
- Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- High-level proficiency with MS Office programs-Computer skills (MS Office Excel, Power Point & Word)

Job Description
- Developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the organization, in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
- Conceptualizing the marketing strategy and execution plan to meet short and long-term business goals
- Perform analyses on marketing strategy effectiveness
- Excellent execution skills and complete ownership of all marketing activities
- Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning
- Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, and development/automation of regular reports.
