Roles & Responsibilities
- A committed & professional General Manager - Supply Chain with the experience of more than 12 plus years in Distribution, Warehouse Operations, Customer Service , Internal & External Audit compliance.
- Expert at establishing operational excellence thereby building cohesive team structures that drive company’s vision to viable realizable goals
- Demonstrated ability customer service, planning activities & strategic sourcing initiatives in line with company objectives
- Sound knowledge of safe operational procedures of all procurements as per logistics requirements
- Proficient in preparation of plans, specifications and cost estimates for operationdevelopment of new method in FIFO &LIFO andaction plans to implement Warehouse SOP’s and systems as per management directions
- Hands on experience in the preparation, coordination, and control of the budget for the facilities
- Innovative in designing or implementing inventory audits that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies
- Significant ability to build culture that promotes safe operation with attentive auditing all aspects of facility operations keeping regulatory situations, environmental rules, regulations, and company directives in mind
- Great interpersonal skills in interacting with the operators and providing recommendations to the Top Management with regards to performance related matters
- Keen-eyed in observing performance and managing schedules of port operators in accordance with set KPI’s
- Exhibits leadership in the providing significant improvement opportunities to support division and corporate objectives
- Well-versed with the preparation of performance reports for use by maintenance operations and assist management in their interpretation and application to improve performance, including detailed monthly analysis of running costs and shipment
