Objective of the role
To achieve the monthly sales and collection Budgets assigned to the area as per the KPI targets.
To develop a network of Applicators to meet the current and future needs of the company
Key Areas of Responsibility
ESSENTIAL
Achieving the given sales targets through proactive Identification of Sites, Builders and Providing required specification , on & site support leading to closing the sale logically
To closely interact with the concerned product group in charges of the Marketing Team to help provide specification/ Tech support to the Small & Medium Builders/ Industry.
To develop effective contacts with Medium Builders / consultants/architects and to keep a track of on-going as well as upcoming projects for furthering company's business interests
To establish and maintain good rapport with distributors/ SFA / Applicators to gain support and service
To Plan and roll out training programs and promotional meets to the Customers and site engineers regularly
SECONDARY
To track performance through formal reporting as per the system
To travel and work across the territory as per the FJP
To provide training and manage the sales team of SFA/ Distributors to develop their skill set
To update On going as well as upcoming small and medium projects of the area through the network and other contacts
Required Candidate profile
Relevant Industry Knowledge
7 years of field experience
Knowledge of Applicators , Builders of the area & Knows the potential customer Network
Languages including local language
