Job Description
Travel Executive cum Customer Support Executive is responsible to handle all walk-in, telephone, and email enquiries related to travel. A travel executive will also resolve queries of customers regarding ticketing/reservation/tours, RTPCR tests, Etc.
Required Candidate profile
Knowledge of Ticket Booking software like galileo, sabre etc
Fluency in English
Knowledge of Computer & Internet
Comfortable with UK timing and Shifts
