Job Description The Manufacturing Engineer will be based in Milpitas, CA, and be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing processes by providing technical support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do
Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters.
Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space and tools requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency and in accordance with Lean Manufacturing principles.
Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.
Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
Confers with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.
Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.
Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
Here is some of what you'll need (required)
Able to pass ITAR Background Clearance
5 years of experience in electrical contract manufacturing.
Extensive experience working with box-build technologies.
PCBAs, SMT Circuit Board Process, Solder screen process experience.
Customer interfacing experience is required. (Determine specs, designs, any requests)
