Roles and Responsibilities
Sales Engineers
Your tasks:
- Sales Engineers or Field Applications Engineers, have a job that combines the principles of engineering with sales
- Responsible for providing technical support to clients who purchase a manufacturers product, or to customers of a distributor that sells the product
- Required to strategize highly technical solutions pre-sales
- In-depth knowledge of complex products, technology & solutions that helps the organization to identify clients needs, sometimes even before the client is aware of them
- Use of your technical know-how to explain to prospective clients the benefits of their products, how the products are useful & why their products outperform their competitors
- During the transaction and post-sale, it is the role the sales engineer to address client concerns or implementation glitches with upper management
- Ready to travel for exploration and development of new territories in assigned region
Desired Candidate Profile
Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer with 2 years of relevant experience in Dental/ Medical Equipments
Your qualifications:
- Degree in biomedical science/engineering, radiography or any discipline of engineering
- at least 2-5 years of working experience in the related field
- experience and exposure in the area of dental medical technology beneficial
- advanced IT skills as well as know-how in AutoCAD and MS Office applications
- excellent verbal and written English and Local Language skills
- willingness to travel extensively
