Cyfuture is an IT Services /Cloud Service Provider with Team of over 3000 experts working across India with 4 Data Centres regions in India and have spread across the country with many fortune 500 customers . Cyfuture has range of products from IOT , Smart City, Cloud , Blockchain . Cyfuture would like to establish partnerships by getting into range of smart infra products like smart IOT Cameras , meters , AgTech , EdTech products to provide one stop solutions to its group of growing customer base.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Management role who will be responsible for product strategy, planning and executing product launches. We are looking for someone who can drive the strategy and own the product roadmap. This role will provide an opportunity to develop enterprise products that cater to the global market across various industry verticals Key Responsibilities
- Gather and assimilate market, customer and competitive intelligence to develop and own the product strategy and vision
- Drive strategic innovation to generate new product ideas
- Partner with cross-functional leadership team and define roadmap priorities
- Work closely with Design, Engineering and Architects to deliver the desired capabilities
- Engage with customers and partners to validate product enhancements
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Partners and Professional Services to drive market traction
- Evaluate new business/product initiatives and opportunities by bringing together outside-in customer and market view with inside-out understanding of capabilities and what it takes to win
- Drive specific Technical and Business programs
Skills and Experience :
- 10+ years of experience with 5 years of product management for B2B Applications and experience with leading the entire product lifecycle
- Define and own the required product roadmap based on the market landscape, competition, industry trend, etc. and arrive at an execution plan for prioritized list of investments.
- Competent to solve business problems and loves to interact with stakeholders and customers to understand the real problem
- Manages the entire product development cycle from conceptualization to implementation and regular iteration with Agile Methodology.
- You are able to think strategically and holistically about business outcomes, while also being able to act tactically and dive into the details.
- Should be skilled at building strong partnerships and collaborate with various stakeholders including Product managers, architects, and developers
-Know the market: Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities, etc.
- Know the customer: Understand connected customer behavior, develop new customer insights
-Know the competition: Understand on-line and off-line players. React as and when necessary in an appropriate manner
-Product & Programs Understanding: Understanding the end to end product lifecycle, some experience as a product or program manager in other top technology companies
-Influence the leadership: Convert strategies into action by liaising with cross-functional leadership and drive the changes required
-End to End Ownership: Strong Project management skills to own initiatives end to end
