Roles and Responsibilities
1. Review and check Customer Experience Measurement reports on a timely basis.
2. Scrutinizing reports for any discrepancies.
3. Ensuring the report quality by checking for grammatical and/or contextual errors and punctuation.
4. Grade reports according to specified standards and provides concise feedback to Mystery Shoppers, etc.
5. Data Check all reports on a regular basis.
6. Assist in any other business-related activity, as assigned
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively and professionally in a timely manner.
2. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and the Internet.
3. Strong analytical and observation skills.
4. An eye for minute details.
5. Highly Self-Motivated.
6. Responsible, ethical, and honest behavior in all tasks and responsibilities.
