About the Role: Primary Job Responsibilities: The Marketing team is responsible for the positioning and managing of Medisyskart brand, internal and external communications, and generating demand via integrated customer acquisition and retention activities. He or she has proven success overseeing specific Marketing functions including: Brand Management, Public Relations/Corporate Communications, Search Engine Marketing (Paid/SEO), Digital/Offline Advertising, Affiliates, Loyalty, Customer Communication (Email/Mobile), Social Media, Customer Insights, and Creative. The Head of Marketing is ultimately responsible for Marketing's budget, measurement, and results.The Head of Marketing has a strong internal, as well as external presence. He or she builds short and long term strategies for Medisyskart Marketing, and influences Medisyskart broader short and long term strategies through vision, analysis, grasp on e-commerce, knowledge of our customers and the external landscape (partners and competitors.) He or she demonstrates a consistent track record of inspiring and motivational leadership, and communication with the Marketing organization, cross-functionally, and with other top management, including the Medisyskart Leadership Team.
Abreast of and involved in organizational priorities and initiatives and builds strategy to support them.
Through assessment of intangible variables, identifies and evaluates fundamental issues, providing strategy and direction for Marketing.
Leads large, cross functional teams or projects that affect the organizations long term goals and objectives. Influence Communication
Interacts internally and externally with executive level management, requiring negotiation of extremely critical matters.
Strong command for the strategic issues facing each group within Marketing.
Ability to balance corporate objectives against operational constraints within Marketing.

Preferred Qualifications: MBA in Marketing from Top B-School.
Experience in Ecommerce is preferred.
