Roles and Responsibilities
Will be jointly working on building the business plans with partners and internal stake holders
- Ensuring business targets (top line, bottom line, gross margins and collections) are achieved regularly
- Managing marketing engagement within budgets and reporting performance matrix for each campaign
- Securing timely POs and executing them for effective deliveries through operational excellence
- OTB planning for respective categories, identifying category wise price points, with recommendation for seasonal implementation
- Handling day to day operations issues for deliveries with internal/ external stake holders
- To ensure inventory levels across the value chain are healthy as per plan and handling performance analytics periodically
- Managing end to end Ecommerce operations.
- Managing end to end collections, AR and reconciliation
- To nurture excellent working relationships with partners across categories
- Regular reporting of weekly, monthly and annual sales breakdown for each category
Desired Candidate Profile
E commerce sales, business operations and marketing strengths are a must. Should have excellent analytical skills. Should be able to plan and should possess exceptional execution skills. Should have an understanding of P&L and have handled complex reconciliation in the e commerce space
