Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility
- Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need, lifestyle & spending power
- Explaining the customers about the benefits and offers related to the products
- Verify customer details and guide them through application gateway
- Maintain amicable conversation throughout the call and build customer delight.
Required Skillset:
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
- Ability to converse in any regional language (English, Telugu/ Malayalam/ Hindi)
- Ability to convince & assist customers in all their queries
- Should be comfortable traveling to Ambattur
Mandatory Skills: Excellent Verbal communication in English & Hindi
Education: Any Graduation (with or without backlogs) / 12th / 10th + 2 yrs diploma
Perks and Benefits:
Salary: INR.15,000/- Take home / per month + Incentives + Medical Insurance
Shift Timings: 9:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M (including all the breaks in between)
