SALARY - 8,000 -12,000 SAR (Package)
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering degree from an accredited school. • Meet SCE License requirement as a professional engineer at SCE(preferred ) . • Experience in using or a desire to learn required software. • Good knowledge on Hourly Analysis Program (HAP). • Good knowledge on Revit Autodesk applications. • Knowledge of international codes related to HVAC engineering. • Proficient in design and calculation software.

JOB DESCRIPTION
HVAC Engineers are involved in projects from the concept and detail phases of the design, through to implementation assurance , Until testing and handover. He may also be involved in developing maintenance programs. • Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving HVAC instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for (Industrial, Commercial or administrative building) projects. • Review HVAC systems and products for any projects. • Read and Review design specifications and technical drawings. • Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications. • Design full HVAC detailed shop-drawings. • Designing full HVAC BOQ for commercial and residential Projects. • Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation. • Develop budgets, estimating labor, mandate, material, and construction costs. • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop an accurate accounting of all engineering hours required for various types of internal projects. • Research suitable solutions and estimate costs and timescales. • Identify customer requirements. • Communicate with clients and contractors. • Attend meetings on site as part of Technical Department. • Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment. • Conferring with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects. • Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing HVAC systems specifications, technical drawings or topographical maps. • Establishing construction, manufacturing or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations. • Ensuring compliance with (specifications, codes, or customer requirements) by directing or coordinating (installation, manufacturing, maintenance, documentation, support or testing activities. • Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential HVAC engineering projects and studies. • Preparing Technical specifications for the purchases of HVAC equipment and materials. • Supervising or training project team members. • Prepare product documentation, write reports and give presentations in HVAC parts. • Supervision installation of (HVAC-Plumbing-firefighting) works. • Managing the subcontractor and follow up productive • Check Design and shop drawing and make the modeling (BIM) of all Mechanical Systems of HVAC (Chilled water system, packaged system, chilled water piping, well versed with ASHRAE and SMACNA & ET & QCS2010) • Review and delivered executed works with the consultant.
