1. POSITION: - COLLECTION MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Efficient collection of dues in a timely manner
- Oversees a company's process of retrieving money owed to them
- Generate collection reports and initiate collection process on a monthly basis
- Send reminders based on aging
- Place phone calls and send e-mails for collection
- Meet insurance companies for recovering dues
- Facilitate outstanding account balance recovery
- Reconcile accounts with the statements and communicate any discrepancies and take suitable actions for resolution of the issue
- Work closely with the billing department for invoicing.
Required Candidate profile
- Experience in overseeing collections functions.
- Basic understanding of the insurance industry and GST.
- Results-oriented to ensure timely collection of dues.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
2. POSITION: - COMMERCIAL UNDERWRITER
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Analyses the client's risk profile including their nature of business, existing insurance coverage, past claims experience, etc.
- Underwrite commercial risks including property, engineering, liability, marine, and other miscellaneous insurance products as per the client's requirements
- Collate necessary client data/documents and prepare RFQs of various insurers based on the same.
- Be commercially aware in order to negotiate discounts, terms, and clauses with insurers and ensure the client receives the best possible quote
- Resolve client queries by coordinating with insurance insurers wherever required
- Coordinate with insurers and various departments such as Sales and Client Servicing for finalizing quotes.
- Maintain a systematic record of quotations along with reasons for non-conversion for period review by senior management.
Required Candidate profile:-
- 5 years of experience in underwriting commercial risk proposals with in-depth knowledge of various products
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. POSITIONS: - COMMERCIAL CLAIMS
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a candidate who has good knowledge of Non-Motor Claims-Fire, Marine, Engineering & has handled a similar profile.
- Handling all the corporate claims
- Coordinating with client and surveyor for documents for proving the liability of a claim and for assessment of the extent of the loss.
- Visit loss sites along with Surveyors, guide customers to take loss mitigation steps.
- Maintaining claims data in CRM
- Take the claim towards the closure through close interaction with Surveyors/experts and customers.
- Providing valuable feedback about the contents and coverage of a policy.
- Solving the complexities in a claim and settling the same within Turnaround time.
- To closely observe the developments of all the Losses reported & ensure their timely settlement.
- To attend Audit Queries and analyze the audit trends of previous years.
- Maintaining rapport with all TPA and Insurance Companies
- Send intimation to insurance co. for Claims in a proper format.
- Follow-up with insurance co. for appointment of Surveyor.
- Inform the details of Surveyor to a client and co-ordinate with Surveyor & client to facilitate the Survey.
- Follow-up with Surveyor for Letter of Requirement and send it to the client once received.
- Follow-up and help the client to arrange necessary documents as required by Surveyor.
- Follow-up with Surveyor for Final Report.
- Follow-up with insurance co. for final settlement.
- The job will include personal visits at the client's office OR surveyor's office OR insurance cos office.
Required Candidate profile:-
- 5 years of experience in handling commercial claims in Non-Motor Claims-Fire, Marine, Engineering.
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- The candidate should have good coordination and communication skills.
4. POSITIONS: - CLIENT ACQUISITION & CLIENT SERVICING
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Thoroughly understand clients' requirements and risks to offer the optimal insurance solution
- Maintain communication and strengthen client relationships via calls, emails, meetings, etc. on a continuous basis
- Liaison with the insurance company
- Coordinate with other departments such as Underwriting, Claims, Operations etc. for completion of relevant business processes
- Maintain documents and adhere to the company's data management systems and procedures as communicated from time to time
- Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new business/clients to achieve set business targets
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to the team and ensure accountability for the same
Required Candidate profile
- 5+ years of experience in the general insurance industry and in-depth knowledge of various products

Complete Marine policy servicing & Maintenance
Issuance of certificate/cover notes/policies online and offline
Underwriting & Placement Marine
- Issue Marine Policies Online for a single voyage
- Issue Marrine certificate
- Update system for above policies
Client CD Account Tracking of Marine
- Track & reconcile CD Account
Declarations under Marine Policies
- Maintain Declaration Chart for all Clients
- Obtain Declarations from clients
- Send Reminders to Clients for Declarations
- Submit to Insurers
Underwriting & Placement Overseas Mediclaim
- Work on fresh inquiry entered by CS into CRM
- Prepare RFQ in standard format after discussion with CS
- Submit final quotes to CS for submission to the client in approved quotation format
- Upload working sheet into CRM for future use
- Issue Policies Online
Required Candidate profile
- 4+ years of experience in the general insurance industry and in-depth knowledge of various products

6. POSITION - RENEWAL IN-CHARGE
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Renewal Policy Issuance Motor and Non- Motors.
- Assisting a CS Team for Renewal Processes.
- Intermediary Relationship Management- Building relationship with Underwriting & to try and get Maximum Renewals business for Xperitus.
- Highlights any issues related to renewals and provide solutions for the same.
- Coordination with Internal Team.
- Working on the renewal cases shared by the company.
- Coordination with all branches regarding the closure of Insurance Policies.
- Policy Issuance & Endorsement issuance.
- Renewal Updates to Management

7. POSITION - MOTOR POLICY ISSUANCE
JOB DESCRIPTION
Underwriting & Placement Motor
- Work on fresh inquiry entered by CS into CRM
- Prepare RFQ in standard format after discussion with CS
- Finalize strategy and insurers to whom RFQ to be floated after discussion with HOD
- Float RFQ to insurers as decided
- Respond to any queries from insurers
- Coordinate with CS for any information required by insurers
- Negotiate terms as required
- Submit final quotes to CS for submission to the client in approved quotation format
- Upload working sheet into CRM for future use
- Issue Policies Online
- Obtain / prepare Renewal Quotations
- Prepare Renewal Letters
- Issue Cover notes and maintains cover notebook.
Required Candidate profile
- Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in Underwriting and Placement of Motor Insurance.
- Candidates with at least 4 years of experience working in the Motor Insurance sector with an Insurance Broking Company or other Intermediary.
- The candidate should be proactive and aggressive in communication with the team to ensure maximum lead conversion.
8. POSITION:- DIRECT SALES - LIFE INSURANCE
JOB DESCRIPTION
Life Business
- Underwriting & Placement for life business Retail & corporate
- Documentation and Proposal Set including KYC
- Premium Payment tracking
- Daily Monitoring and completion of entries in the system
- Renewals follow-up, tracking, and lapse, etc.
- Monthly Closing and reconciliation
- Finalize and obtain receivable rates and share with accounts
- Track receivables.
- Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business.
- Make the customer understand the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets the customer's requirements.
- Self-sourcing of customer leads from own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.
- Customer Leads when provided are to be called and fix appointments for sales visits and convert the lead to sales.
- Cross-sell/Up-sell products.
- Assuring that the business targets are met as per the goal sheet given.
Retail relationships
- Managing all retail relationships

Required Candidate profile
- Should have a minimum of 4 years and above experience in Insurance sales.
- Should have average job stability of 2 years and above.
- Competence with reporting and information management tools, including MS Office (Excel/Word/Powerpoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work within a constantly changing environment.
