Job Description
We are a pan India HR Services Company, looking for "Recruiters" in our Company, This position will have responsibility for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates for open positions with the right candidates matching job requirements & culture fit.
Job Responsibilities
1. Communicate with recruiters and hiring managers to identify business needs and to provide talent solution on candidate sourcing
2. Timely arrange candidate interviews and give feedback to recruiter and hiring managers;
3. Work with Recruitment Partners and be the SPOC for clients on behalf of the company
4. Having prior recruitment experience [ IT/ non-IT ] will be preferred.
5. Should have knowledge and experience working on different job.
6. Search candidates through multiple channels and proactively conduct phone calls to build connections with candidates
7. Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
8. End to End recruitment responsibility
Desired candidate profile:
1. Around 1-5 years of working experience in Recruitment function with manpower placement agencies or in a company with with strong direct sourcing skills.
2. Good in MS Office
3. Good verbal & written communication skills
4. A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
5. Has strong learning ability, interpersonal skills and teamwork skill;
6. Passionate with recruiting, energetic, and willing to learn.
7. Confident and Self Starter
8. Deadline-driven mindset
9. Proactive and ready to take initiative.
10. Ambitious and growth-oriented; desire to learn new areas in HR as part of career development & growth
