The Role & Key responsibilities:
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities.
Collecting & entering data in excel and maintaining accurate records.
Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source
data for computer entry
Prepare technical reports and dashboards by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
information and trends
Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present
written business recommendations
Customize reports and dashboards to meet specific organizational requirements and context.
Create an informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting mechanism that highlights
relevant information and opportunities for improvement
Support a culture of continuous improvement and achieve an improved dashboarding process
by contributing to process improvement efforts
Technical skills and qualifications
Minimum educational qualification: Any graduate
Should have minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience with advanced and subject matter
expert of Microsoft Excel & other Microsoft office suite products.
Macros and VBA
VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Data Analysis, Conditional Formatting, Histogram,
SUMIF, COUNTIF, Index Match, Advance Conditional Formatting, and other excel formula.
Pivot Tables and reporting, Data Simulations
Analytical Creative, out-of-the-box thinking
