Desired Candidate Profile:
4-6 years of experience in managing different type of events for B2B IT organization
Proven experience as an event coordinator
Problem-solving ability
High coordination and project management skills
Good oral and written communication
Enthusiastic, team player, and self-motivated
Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
Proficient in MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint, Event templates, etc.
Excellent vendor management skills and negotiation ability
Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
Maintain amicable working relationships with colleagues.
Responsibilities
Identify and plan for all global events for Newgen
Maintain monthly, quarterly, and yearly events calendar
End-to-End event management
a) Pre-event planning, preparation, and execution
b) Execution on the day of the event
c) After event activities and reporting
Activities - Research and identify global events, Prepare, and manage overall events calendar, plan each event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives, ensure event deliverables are executed on time, event logistics, Vendor management to ensure the operational success of the event. Track all events for region and year including event goals, budgets, and pre-and post-event deliverables, track Leads, measure event (ROI), etc
