Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Mumbai- Andheri Chakala
Females only
Calender Management, Travel Management, Coordination, acting as a single point of contact, drafting of the contents in required format, Documentation and Filing
Handling sensitive information, analysis of various MIS reports etc.
prepare agendas
Handling travel plans of the Director: Coordinating for necessary travel arrangements.
Attending meetings with the Director and note of important information and action plans.
Acting as a mediator between the Director and other staff while the Director is out of office.
Gathering required data, drafting content in the required format.
Handling the confidential database records of the Directors office and maintaining the filing system.
Preparation and minute taking for the meetings as directed by the Director.
Agendas for meetings are prepared and distributed in a timely manner.
Analyzing important MIS reports from various departments to check for any discrepancies or shortfall
Well versed with Excel, PPT, Word. Hand on experience in V-Look up, H-Look up, Pivot.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
