Job Description
Responsibility -
1)Managing parts of construction projects, overseeing building work.
2) Undertaking surveys setting out sites and organizing facilities
supervising contracted staff, ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
3)Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
4) Prepare Preliminary Estimates at proposal stages,Prepare Detailed Bill of Quantities/Pre-tender estimates.
5) Compile Tender Documents based on requirements of project,Pre-qualification of Vendors.
6) Prepare detailed Comparative Statements, inspection and Verification of Works Measurements, processing the invoice as per terms and contracts.
7) Rate Analysis, Bill Estimation, Costing, preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ),preparation of Certifications.
