Roles and Responsibilities
This position will be required to:
- Develop and maintain MIS and operational dashboards/KPIs to provide periodic updates
- Streamline resourcing, timesheet, and delivery management process
- Track compliance of trackers and various organizational level MIS system
- Network with key stakeholders, including Senior Business Leaders, Finance, and the talent teams
- Provide PMO support to strategic initiatives and programs by creating and maintaining dashboards, project plans, tracking documents, meeting notes and status reports
- Track access management and resource requirements such as licenses and monitor movements within the various projects
- Organize and coordinate different team building activities
- Develop presentations/spreadsheets to provide business updates for strategic decision making
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good understanding of MS office, strong analytical reasoning, data interpretation and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Tableau and VBA will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office with intermediate to advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Word is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, that reflect logical thinking and consultative approach
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Project management, reporting, dashboarding skills
- Ability to work in a multiple stakeholder environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Overall, 3 years experience in MIS and project management operations
