Make outbound calls in order to provide information & generate sales
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Generate sales.
• Make calls and handle customer queries / objections
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Place Follow up calls as and when required
• Document call related inputs according to standard operating procedures
Education and Experience
• Freshers welcome. Prior experience in any International or Domestic BPO would be an added advantage.
• Minimum - HSC.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
• Excellent in spoken English.
• Good Listening and sales skills
• Organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Team player
• Stress tolerance
• Flexible to work in US Shifts
