Zydus Wellness - National Key Account Manager - Food Services - Delhi
Reporting: Head Nutralite Sales
Location: Mumbai
Key Stakeholders:
Within Function Trade Marketing
Cross Function Supply Chain Teams, Commercial team, Brand Marketing and R&D Team.
External Customer teams from Key accounts {QSR Chains, Star Hotels, Flight Kitchen, Cloud Kitchen, Railway Kitchen, Fine Dine Restaurant Chain.
Pre-requisite Requirements:
Qualification: MBA Premier B School (Preferably Bachelor’s Diploma in Hotel Management + MBA).
Experience: At least 10-12 years of overall work experience (at least 5 years’ exposure to KA - FS Manager).
Technical Competencies:
In Depth understanding of FMCG - FS/ Channel dynamics, Account handling.
Understanding on Leveraging Chef Support at Account level for Recipes.
Strong subject matter expertise, analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills
Highly proficient in MS Office/Excel, Adept at Sales technology tools utilisation and development
Strong capability of Account management at FS Space, Co work with Brand Team for product development.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Top line delivery in line with annual business objectives
Create strong win-win relationships with all Top Tier accounts nationally and/or regionally in the Horeca space
JBP, TOT Agreement, Listing/Tender Filling of products across National & Regional KAs & Ensuring Fill rates.
Be the owner and anchor of all Projects and Initiatives .
