Job Description
Account Manager is an ownership-driven managerial profile that would involve end-to-end responsibility of every publisher working with us in association with our team of account executives.
For this position we are looking for a high-energy self-starter with the ability to structure and manage the Account Management function in and enable us to deliver top-notch, prompt support and grow existing business as well. This involves managing partnership relationships with publishers of all sizes, including top tier publishers across multiple geographies.
What will you do as an Account Manager: Build and manage relationships with our strategic online advertising clients and agencies
Drive ongoing strategic marketing conversations and provide optimization recommendations to meet client objectives
Experiment with and codify optimization techniques for your clients to improve performance and drive incremental revenue, while scaling those techniques for the rest of our Publishers
Frequently and concisely share the progress of internal and external initiatives, including the business impact and recommended next steps
Work closely with cross-functional teams to build a consistent customer experience, identify opportunities to improve products/features and deliver results
Drive revenue by successfully upselling & cross-selling
Develop and execute a strategic plan for your book of business leveraging
What are we looking for: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong organizational skills, able to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in MS office products, including Excel and PowerPoint
A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed
A quick learner and full of curiosity
At least 4 years of similar Account Management work experience
