We at Yusen Logistics are looking for Assistant Manager Warehouse Operations for our 3PL, contract logistics business.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor daily operations of warehouses, against SOPs and service levels agreed between Company and Customers
- Monitoring the performance levels of Warehouses.
- MIS Reports creation Monthly, Fortnightly, Weekly and Daily
- Presentation to the Customer on the deliverables and on the progress of the project
- Conduct period audits of stock levels at warehouses to ensure high level of stock accuracy
- New Initiatives, Safety and Kaizen at all Warehouses Experience of Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Maintenance & dispatch of stock in regular basis
- Responsible for safety, security of warehouse
- Experience of SAP
- Coordination with transporters for dispatches - Transit-time monitoring to ensure on time deliveries, Ensuring availability of vehicles.
- Responsible for verifying Bill of entry, Invoice, packing list and prepare Good Receipt Note in the computer system
- Responsible coordinating with various locations for timely stock transfer
- Responsible for stock reconciliation with system Vs physical
- Responsible for checking bills of vendors as per contract.
- One must be open to work in shifts.
