Roles and Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the whole customer journey from Dream to Purchase with personal sales targets (local target xx)
- Constantly working on developing a solid pipeline of High Value Prospects through various channels including constant networking with key industry stakeholders
- Constantly searching for customers on assigned industry segment/and or territory
- Leading own work based on Sales Pipeline in CRM
- Using Lindstrom’s need identification to value added sales approach and tactics in selling to new customers with special focus on relationship building across all levels of the customer.
- Continuously generating new offers as well as improving the hit rate % for the offers made
- Cooperating with colleagues across departments to support in the large customer cases with product or offering development to support the needs of the customer
- Working closely with marketing teams to create sales campaigns in chosen industry segments and events to boost sales performance. Also, to utilize digital channels to create better network within industry
- Signing high value contracts with customers.
