Experienced - Minimum 1 Year Experience in BPO or Any Under graduate with minimum of 8 months in Email / Chat process any industry
excellent writing & verbal communication.

Responsibility -
Accurately and efficiently handle customer contacts via Phone, email in the shortest possible time.
Communicate actionable customer feedback to the relevant team, that can be worked to meet the customers problem
Openness to work in shifts
Should have a positive attitude and agility to work in collaborative environment
Should have solution oriented and committed to make it right resolution
Should have impeccable sense of judgment to be able to service at the highest levels.
Should take ownership to resolute customer issue (ensure 100% problem solving ability).
