You should be able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of industry best practices and imminent trends to design creative ways of digitally engaging our prospects. You will also have to build credibility by delivering consistent results from Digital Marketing programs and earn the trust of stakeholders on a broad range of communication asks along with increasing share-of-wallet for digital across global markets including North America, Europe as well as the Asia-Pacific.
As a core member of the REACH tower within marketing, your key responsibilities include:
- Manage SEO/SEM & Social Media agencies and assist in day to day operations with agency and internal stakeholders to drive organic traffic to the website
- Manage, execute and optimize paid digital campaigns (social as well as content syndication) for targeted outreach to specific accounts and personas
- Provide intelligence around account engagement with WNS social channels and digital properties
- Manage & execute Pardot email campaigns (stand-alone and automated workflows), report campaign metrics and ensure hygiene of all data
- Manage digital leads and track until closure
- Measure and report web analytics and account intelligence metrics
- Social Media: Creation of the social media strategy and implementation across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube & Instagram for brand awareness & engagement.
Qualifications
About Skills & Competencies:
- A management graduate with a masters in marketing
- Certifications in google analytics and adwords
- Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, A/B testing tools and CRM
- Experience in managing marketing automation platforms esp. Pardot
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing preferably with a BPO, ITO or KPO firm.
- Experience in driving digital marketing campaigns across global markets (US, UK and APAC)
- A dual-minded approach: Highly creative and can innovate on the fly but also process-driven, thinks scale, and relies on data to make decisions
