Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Design & review existing company policies & procedures & suggest amendments & changes as & when required keeping abreast of government regulations
- Lead the HR function & serve as an advisor to Leadership Team & Key stake holders on strategies related to Human Capital Management
- Oversee the Recruitment process on entire organization & see it is in line with Business requirement & organizational objective & ensure best fitment
- Oversee the entire payroll system of the organization
- Responsible for monitoring & execution of Performance Appraisal System across the organization year on year basis
- Draw valuable insights from data analysis & recommend corrective measure to management
- Manpower Budgeting
- Access the training requirement across all the departments of the organization & delicate in designing & implementation of training calendar on basis on training need analysis
- Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments
- Review and update on employment contracts and agreements
- Track key HR metrics like cost per hire, retention rates, attrition rates etc.
- Oversee all the statutory compliance are in place across the organization & updated as per legal norms
- Manage internal employee communication projects like job satisfaction surveys, 360 degree feedback & all other employee centric communication as advised by leadership team
- Succession Planning
- Responsible of overseeing the entire employee cycle & suggest changes as & when required
- Develop plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
- Monitor the exit administration of employees & suggest changes from time to time
- Acting to support the human factor in the organization by devising strategies for performance & designing employee benefit schemes
- Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
- Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labour unions if applicable

Desired Candidate Profile
INDUSTRY - Manufacturing/ Construction
AGE - Age 38-45 Years maximum
WORK EXPERIENCE - For Tier 1 college 10-15 Years & for Tier 2 college 15-20 Years
QUALIFICATION
MBA / MSW in HRM from Tier 1/ Tier 2 college. A degree in Law will be preferred
