Overview of the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the rest of the team on a daily basis, and would be reporting into their Training Manager / Process Trainer / Client Manager on their daily deliverable. Job role involves producing documents with total accuracy and quality within the specified timeframe and by meeting clients specifications. The individual will also be taking additional responsibilities to the nature of quality control, training support for Document Specialists, and become a link with the Workflow Coordinators.
Role summary
- Responsible for producing documents as per client instructions on MS Office / Creative platform
- Excellent PowerPoint skills including animation / transition effects
- Interact with clients to clarify doubts and provide suggestions on layouts, designs
- Quality check the document output produced by the Document Specialists, before delivering to the end client, and report all impediments to the Training Manager / Process Trainer / Client Manager
- To be involved in all training program organized by Williams Lea part of orientation, induction and performance
- To be able to mentor and coach the set of members on their technical skills and to bring them up to required performance
- Produce all necessary reports related to Quality, Efficiency and other parameters to gauge performance of the Document Specialists / Team
- Works closely with Workflow Coordinators / Training Manager on a daily basis
Hours of Work
- Willingness to work on day & night shifts (8 hours) on a rotation / continuous basis
- Flexibility to work on demand as per operational requirements
- Adaptable to work on Saturdays and Sundays, or on holidays
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors Degree in any discipline (preferable in Commerce / Arts / Literature)
- MS Office 2007 / 2010 certification / qualification (preferable) with knowledge of Adobe suite (advantage)

- 4 - 5 years of relevant work experience
- Self starter, proactive & assertive
- Presenting skills and MI preparation
- Team player and good interpersonal skills
- Leadership traits are essential to manage a team
- Strong organizing skills with good ability to multi-task
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurately on time
- Good command over English language – spoken and written
- Demonstrate ability to work independently on self-directed projects and to collaborate in a team
