Job Description:The general purpose of this job is to ensure overall guest house operations, including inventory management as per the standard of the owner's specifications. This person is required to manage the house of our CEO, who is an expat.
Job Responsibilities:
- The main job responsibility for a guest house manager is to supervise support staff, such as cooks, housekeepers, drivers, maids, gardeners etc and direct their daily duties.
- The guest house manager is responsible for keeping track of lodging inventory and cleanliness as per the set protocols.
- Maintaining records of everything in a google sheet/excel and sharing reports every week.
- Ensure to double-check guest house maintenance work, and attend to guests' personal requests. These duties are important because they ensure that everything around the guest house runs efficiently.
- Taking care of the Inventory management
Skills & expertise:
- Must be a Graduate withminimum 5+ years of work experience in managing the Guest House/ Hotel/ House.
- Must possess comforting and patient personalities because they will be dealing with many people, such as guests and fellow staff, during their workday.
- Great communication is another required skill because they will be directing and delegating duties to subordinate employees as well as conversing with guests as necessary.
- Must be flexible to work timings, as they may be required to work irregular hours.
- It will be a 6 days working role
- At times, the person will sit in office and at times at the house of the CEO
- The timings are 11 AM to 8 PM
