Job Description
PURPOSE: Process and deliver non-voice multiple processes / tasks for US based Consumer
Services functions such as Claims & PEX & Third Party Billing (TPB).
KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Handling non-voice based transactions across processes such as
1. Service Partner Claims Processing (US & Canada)
2. PEX (Product Exchange)
3. Third Party Billing
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
1. Well versed with Non- Voice back-end
customer support processes
2. Working knowledge of Google product suite
/ MS-office is a must.
3. Excellent communication skills (both verbal
and written) since it will involve frequent
interactions with stakeholders
4. Good knowledge of SAP & CRM is preferable
Location - Gurgaon
Flexible to work in various shift hours
as per required by Company from time
to time, including night shifts
Comfortable to work from Office all 5
days
Current Shift: 12:30 PM - 09:30 PM IST
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS - Graduation or equivalent
degree (Excluding B.Tech)
