About the Role
The Monitoring Control Operations (MCO) Team establishes policies, standards, processes, and controls for ITS and is responsible for driving risk management practices across ITS.
Responsibilities Maintaining risk and compliance controls for enterprise policies
Remediation of problem tickets
Metrics and trending of controls using excel, Tableau and PPT
Responding to customer questions via email
Life cycle work including policy exception
Projects cross platforms, applications, and/or business lines.
Participates in planning and directing program schedules, monitoring project status in comparison to project time lines.
Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, and identifies risk, significant issue tracking, and communication at the team level.
May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiency.
Skills Required 8 years of Technical Project management experience in IT infrastructure for multinational bank or FI.
4 years of ITIL Change management experience(Change, Incident and Problem Management)
4 years of experience of Vendor coordination
Must possess strong communication skills to facilitate meetings with IT partners.
Must possess ability to take initiative and have heightened sense of urgency and resolve.
Familiar with technology project management and coordination skills. Should have Ability to function as a mediator or facilitator and co-ordinate among various parties to complete assignments within stringent timelines.
Should have familiarity in project plan-making, project evaluation, execution, and close out.
Ability to create presentations and present to senior IT leaders.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and report multiple tasks concurrently.
Should possess very good work management, and organization skills.
Should have strong experience in infrastructure and distributed system lifecycle. Technical understanding of infrastructure & Monitoring technologies.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Proven expertise in Excel including usage of Vlookup, Index, Match, pivots, charts and dashboards.
Word/ Power Point Proficient to create word/ Power Point documents.
Visio Advanced knowledge to create Visio diagrams
Knowledge of processes and tools for Infrastructure Planning, Implementing, and supporting Infrastructure. ITIL V3 or higher Certification.
Remedy/Service Now experience for change management (creating and managing Work orders and Change Requests).
Coordinate with various teams to develop necessary processes and procedures, reporting and tracking. Strong Problem Solving Skills Excellent analytical skills using Excel/Raw Data and translate to meaningful information & Visualization.
Detail oriented, results driven, and has the ability to navigate in a quickly changing and high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
Self-Driven with ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Market Skills and Certifications
Desired Qualifications Good knowledge on data visualization and hands-on experience on other self-service BI tools like Tableau
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
