Job Description
• Assist Human Resources team with Recruitment and General Office admin activities.
• Source profiles from Job portals, Professional Networking sites, (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Work closely with external recruiters and implement the most effective sourcing strategies to identify the right talents.
• Responsible for entire Talent Acquisition lifecycle: headhunting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
• Should have adequate technical knowledge to screen candidates to match VCO requirements.
• Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
• Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions, benefits, etc.
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
• Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
• Meet deadlines while closing the positions and recruiting and balance multiple manpower requisitions.
• Collect and organize feedbacks after interviews.
• Collect and organize candidate credentials.
• Prepare offer letters using existing templates.
