Roles and Responsibilities :
We are seeking a diligent individual who takes pride in ensuring operational excellence. He/she will be responsible for effectively supervising and handling end to end policy servicing request with strict adherence of regulatory guidelines. - Focus areas include Sales Support, Customer Service, Claims Management, Data Management, Lead Management, and Process Improvement.
- Ensure all documents (client KYC /Proposal form/other relevant documents) are maintained systematically
- All information of client to be correctly captured in Proposal forms.
- Establishes systems and processes to ensure sustained levels of performance.
- Develops and applies tactics to deliver service level agreements on a day-to-day basis (forecasting workload / providing requisite staffing / managing day to day technology issues etc.)
- Effectively responds to client requirements at a short notice by realigning priorities.
- Demonstrates ability to anticipate potential problems and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Establishes systems and processes to ensure sustained levels of performance.
- Converts reports into meaningful analysis and quantifiable action.
- Builds and lead the operations executive team.
- Trains team members on duties, expectations, standards, policies. Audits and reviews these areas regularly as set by service standards; identifies/coordinates additional employee training as needed.
- Coordinates time off within department to ensure service level and appropriate reporting of time off
- Assures service standards are being met utilizing the audit and review process
- Assures client service standards are being met
- Qualifications
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline, MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations in insurance company.
- Minimum 2+ years of managerial experience.
- Must have experience in using CRM
- Excellent Team handling capabilities.
- Customer centric focus.
- Detail and compliance orientation.
- Direct experience in customer relationship management.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading a team
