We looking for a Sales/Marketing Manager (Blockchain) to lead and oversee the sales and marketing activities within our business environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future.

Additionally, having a humble attitude is key to our success and is essential to be part of our organization.This will involve developing sales strategies, establishing and growing client relationships and ultimately raising assets from a diverse network of investors.
What You Will Do
- Execute sales and product distribution strategies designed to maximize asset inflows
- Create marketing content and sales collateral
- Seek out new leads and sales opportunities across multiple channels and networks
- Maintain and grow existing relationships
- Contribute to continued product development with client feedback and idea generation
What You Will Need
- Bachelor & MBA’s degree in Sales & Marketing or similar
- 6 years+ of experience in sales and Blockchain based products
- A passion for blockchain software and its implementation on different sectors
- Proven experience as business manager or relevant role; Background in Blockchain Technology is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development;
- Strong collaborative, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust amongst colleagues
- High sense of accountability and proactive work style
- A self-starter attitude, growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assisting and supporting the customer-facing initiatives
- Guiding and leading their direct reports, mostly frontline managers
- Delivery of SLA's & KRAs, customer experience and compliance measures
- Process Improvements and automation initiatives
- People development and mentoring
- Ensuring Customer communications are rolled out in a timely manner across various channels
- Organising and attending stakeholder meetings as required
- Providing administrative support
- Organizing project team meetings
- Cooperating with different departments to ensure all deliverables are met
- Keeping stakeholders apprised with notifications
- Ensuring work flows is followed and changed as required
