## Candidate from Cattle Feed is preferred
- Responsible for entire sales numbers: Primary and Secondary (including forecasting, and sales volume achievement), business building and marketing activities
- Must have adequate market knowledge / experience for the region. Knowledge and accountable for KAM, potential dealers and consumption points
- Effective team management: - on job training /coaching, monitoring, evaluation, excellent trouble shooter and problem solver
- Channel Management: Excellent hands-on capabilities: prospecting for new distributors, appointment, market expansion and business building. Identification of business growth opportunity to increase sales, experience in area business and channel meet / seminars
- Analyze and channelize market feedback and recommend action plan with Sales Leader. Organize and coordinate swift trouble shooting on product quality related issues / Farm related activities
- Track competitors' business, liaise and maintain relationship with competitor's distribution channel. Administration of trade - dealers schemes etc.
- Sales SCM management, SKU wise sales forecasting Optimum stock planning - plant to trade
- Adept in launches and effective infrastructure building for sustainable business growth
- Effective coordinating with cross function departments: Production, SCM, Marketing and Commercials
Education:
Graduate, Desirable PG in Sales / Sales management Agro and animal Commodities
Experience:
8- 10 years sales experience industry / technical knowledge. Preferred result oriented achievers.
Technical Skills:
Analytical attitude and written and oral communication
Proficient in local language, Knowledge of English preferred
