Job Description
As HR Operations Associate, your key responsibility will be to ensure appropriate HR Process Execution in the following areas:
Role & Responsibilities
1, Taking care Payroll, BGV Process, HR Operations such as onboarding, offboarding, application for work passes and training plans.
2. Evaluating applications for internal Transfers / Promotions
3. Resolving Workplace Conflicts, staff grievance, disciplinary issue and termination.
4. Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
5. Coaching/advising managers in HR processes and legislative requirements in general, to ensure that HR matters are effectively dealt with.
6. Any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.
