JOB TITLE: Field Marketing Manager (FMM)- SWAL
DEPARTMENT: Field Marketing
POSITION REPORTING TO
Zonal Marketing Lead (ZML)
OBJECTIVE: Responsible for implementation of marketing strategies in the Region to drive and support in achieving the bottom line and key brands development objective in line with Zonal objective.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To establish field orientation by driving mandatory monthly field activities across Territories.
- To drive Crop Wellness Package sales and CWCs (Crop Wellness Centers) across Territories.
- Design & execute field campaigns for promoting focused Platinum and Gold products.
- Implement Crop specific/ Product specific/ Segment specific marketing strategies as has been communicated by Zone & HO.
- To monitor and drive liquidation of key products based on specific campaigns and on a weekly/monthly basis by having a close watch and interaction at key placement points too.
- FA Effectiveness Management
- To evaluate the FAs by being a part of the selection process while recruiting the FAs (Farm Advisors)
- Periodical training and review of Farm advisors with respect to adherence to set field activity and liquidation.
- Monitor and drive FA attendance based on FA mobility App usage, Virtual missed calls, etc.
- Sales Promotion & POP/Visibility Support
- To ensure timely availability of POP materials across the Region.
- To bring in newness/new ideas in POP and brand/market visibility in consultation with ZML.
- To implement and promote digital ways/tools to increase customer reach within Region.
- To exercise check on POP usage and stock across Territories/Depot to ensure efficient use.
- To participate in Retailers meet/Trade meet to impart product training and take feedback from channel partners.
- Periodical training to TMs of Region with respect to focused Crop/Product/Campaign etc.
- To ensure adherence to set process of expense management by raising PR through Ariba, submitting claims on time to ZML, and managing within allotted Regional spent budget.
- New Products Development
- To develop and create a ground for upcoming new products by laying demonstration and organizing field days to increase the awareness and submitting requisite update/reports to Zone/HO.
- To liaison/build rapport with local Agriculture department staff, Universities, KVKs, etc., and organize some events by engaging them.
- Periodical Update & Reporting
- To share a weekly update on-field activity of the Region to ZML
- To keep a watch on competitors' activity, new launches, Govt. initiatives, etc., and update the same on weekly basis.
- To analyze market information and share insights to Regional & Zonal leadership for any corrective action required.
- To give insights to RM & ZML on the progress of Key brands development progress, Campaign effectiveness, etc.
- To be a whistleblower if any policy OR process deviation is observed
