Job Description
- Install desktop OS as per requirement, add/ remove accessories, and devices/ peripherals, configure PCs.
- Maintain record of new machines installed movement of machines within site, changes in configuration of machines and inform asset coordinator about the changes.
- Install load/ reload desktop/ office automation software, e-mail client, and browser as per need.
- Handle Printer problems at user desktops.
- Handle first level LAN issues for user
- Provide first level support to voice equipment which includes support for the (VOIP) telephone voice devices
- First level support for handheld mail communication devices.
Candidate MUST have hands on experience in independently handling Desktops, Laptops and Microsoft Windows. MUST be ready to work in shifts

- Capable of taking on a task and driving it to completion while paying attention to details.
- Taking ownership of work assigned.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet changing deadlines
Required skill set :
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office is a must.
- Knowledge of PC Hardware is a must.
- Knowledge of Basic Networking is a must.
- Knowledge of deploying Patches of OS, Antivirus and Internet based applications
