Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant to MD for a reputed brand having multichain Educational Facility Management with more than 350+ Institutes, Schools & Colleges in India. The Executive Assistant will work directly with C-level executives and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Role
- Provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently
- Maintain and refine internal processes that support to the highest-ranking executives company-wide, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow
- Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
- Organizing internal and external meetings, corporate events and teleconferences, including fund-raising events and staff appreciation events, booking venues, arranging accommodation and taking minutes as required.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
- Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative
Requirements: - Females Only
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management.
- Experience in administrative support functions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficiency collaboration and delegation of duties.
- Excellent communication skills.
