To ensure quick and perfect service to the guest waiting.
To ensure that all the set in the restaurant being done properly and according to the standard operating procedure..
To ensure that the staff reports on time and to allocate breaks for the staff where by the operation is not affected.
To ensure that the tables are cleaned and maintained as and when the guest leaves.
To ensure that the highest degree of hygiene and cleanliness of all equipment and crockeries are maintained in the restaurant.Roles and Responsibilities
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferable from Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Hotel, Hospitality Industry.
Minimum 3+ years experience in restaurants.
Decent communication skill
Pleasant Personality & well-groomed
Average duration worked for past employers should be minimum 2 years
