Job Description
Principal Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing overall marketing & communication strategy for brands
- Formulating short term & long term strategies for brands
- Achieve therapy area dominance through identifying market opportunities for growth & value creation
- Conceptualization & creation of deliverables to aid brand promotion
- Sales & market data analysis, core customer feedback & competitor analysis to aid decision making
- Assisting in making annual marketing plans & promotional activities for the SBU
- Designing communication for field force to keep them enthuse about brand promotions
- Conducting quarterly briefing, product launch & product strategy orientation meetings for field force
- Responding to scientific queries of field force
- Allocation & dispatch co-ordination of promotional inputs.
- Managing & conducting training program for field force

Candidate Profile:
Desirable: Graduation in Pharmacy/ Science + MBA/ M. Pharmacy
Experience: Minimum 04 years and above in core Pharma PMT
Exposure of Gynecology and Pain management segment will be highly preferred.
